I became mobility impaired following an illness. My husband and I needed help. We contacted Brooclean, which is near our home, met with Mr. Castillo, and scheduled an initial cleaning. Julia and her team were so caring, pleasant, thorough and professional. We are glad to support good local businesses, and to have Mr. Castillo as a neighbor. We feel as if we have made new friends.

My roommates and I experienced a waste water flood in our basement. I contacted José to schedule a deep cleaning service to ensure the area was well sanitized after the flood. The following morning, his team arrived to our apartment with everything they needed and within a couple of hours left the place spotless. They were extremely professional, efficient and attentive to our specific needs. Couldn’t recommend Brooclean enough for their fast and easy communication, and their deep and thorough cleaning job. José and team are the best we’ve ever used. I’ll never forget the time I walked in because I forgot something and saw Jose wiping down a sticky bottle of dressing in my fridge… it’s that level of detail they bring to the job. When we came back, the fridge was completely organized. You can completely customize your experience and they are super thorough no matter what. I spot check after every cleaning and it’s nearly impossible to find a missed spot, stray crumb or anything. Recently, we had spilt coffee that splashed on the white wall and I asked Jose to take a look. He touched up the spot with paint he had that matched perfectly.

Truly above and beyond. They also are so kind and wonderful people in general. They are so flexible and really work around your needs and schedule. Really glad we found them.

I call Brooclean for the mainteinance and cleaning of my penthouse in Chelsea every time that I am in town. They have been working for me over 3 years now and I wouldn’t call anyone else! My place is always impeccable. The company takes also good care of all the terraces and they are perfectly equipped to clean every kind of surface and material. I have wooden floors and marble and steel and everything is always just perfect.

Firstly, Jose is very easy to work with and very approachable. He takes the time to get to know you and your cleaning needs. Jose and his crew come to the children’s daycare on a nightly basis and they get every crumb, hand print, and scuff. They do a VERY thorough job. Everyday is like walking into a brand new facility. I highly recommend Brooclean if you want the job done.
